Ulrika has over 15 years’ experience in devising and delivering programmes and initiatives that have a tangible positive impact on individuals and communities. She has worked across culture, education and sports generating positive social change via progressive grant-making and is currently Head of Community Strategy for the All England Lawn Tennis Club where her role focuses on connecting and engaging communities with the Club year-round and help drive the AELTC’s ambition of being a Force for Good and giving back to its local community and beyond.
