Roger has 25 years expertise and experience from global property advisors Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers. He covers visioning, market analysis, options appraisal, conceptualisation, feasibility, viability, place branding, business planning, investment, development and management strategies and action plans
Roger lives in Wimbledon has been a supporter of Wimbledon’s Football club since the mid 1970’s. In the 2000’s he helped instigate AFC Wimbledon’s return to Merton, advising on stadium development options and recommendations to the club and Merton. Since 2021 he has advised AFC Wimbledon and the Dons Trust on completing the Plough Lane stadium, whilst generating long term income, supporting local area regeneration and place making plus development of a new training ground and community sports campus.
