Michael Adewole, an associate at Fletcher Priest, joined the practice in 2005 as a Part 1 architectural assistant. His passion for architecture was evident from a young age, inspired by iconic buildings like the Hoover Building in Ealing. With a clear vision to pursue architecture from secondary school, Michael has since amassed two decades of experience at Fletcher Priest, working across a diverse range of sectors including commercial workplaces, residential projects, retail, hospitality, feasibility studies, and master planning. His versatility and expertise have made him particularly adept at refurbishment projects, a key skill set he has developed over the years.
Michael’s deep appreciation for the construction process, especially in refurbishment, has led to a nuanced understanding of the challenges involved. “I enjoy the challenge of understanding construction tolerances in refurbishment projects and assessing how we can successfully bring our design vision to life,” shares Michael.
